More than 40 children and their parents and grandparents attended the Summer Reading Club Party held at the Saul Brodsky Jewish Community Library. Throughout the summer, the over 125 children in the club earned prizes for reading. Additional prizes were distributed to party attendees. Great prizes were donated to the Brodsky Library to encourage reading from the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Zoo, Sweet Be's, Ben and Jerry's, Gali Girls, Sky Zone, Grant's Farm, Bounce U, Bradburn's, Laurie's Shoes, Brunswick Zone, Magic House, Pratzel's, Strike 'n Spare, Butterfly House, Mrs. Fields Cookies, Cold Stone Creamery, Paint Me Pottery, Ted Drewes, Creve Couer Ice Rink and Youkandu.
