On October 23, 65 women attended the Women's Connection Special Gifts Event at The Ritz Carleton in Clayton. This event served as a thank you to our donors and honored our Pomegranate Giving Society Donors. The evening was chaired by Janie Roodman Weiss and Betsy Rubenstein and the 2008 Women's Connection Campaign Cabinet including Nancy Green, Pearl Serota, Rachel Katzman, Marie Levy and Jane Wasserman. -- Special guest Amy Hirshberg Lederman was the guest speaker highlighting stories from her recent publication "One God, Many Paths- Finding Meaning and Inspiration in Jewish Teaching" as well as her personal commitment to Jewish philanthropy.
